I've just uncovered a plot by the No Quarter guild to raid the Ministry of Silly hats in an attempt to woo the ladies of Dark Rayn's Renegades. I think the french should blockade the ministry, sink the pirate fleet and then do their own panty raid on Dark Rayn's Renegades.
